The work we do would all be fruitless without proper implementation in the villages. By visiting on a regular basis, we can assist the trainees with anything they need to set up a successful solar program, and we ensure a well-working support system within the community. For example, we select a solar committee that can help with collecting solar fees, and we build a Rural Electrical Workshop.

We also conduct monitoring surveys every six months and an evaluation survey every 2.5 years, to keep track of the impact Barefoot College International has on the communities. In between, frequent contact is maintained via phone. We are always available to our beneficiaries when they require assistance or support.
